Hello everyone! I'd fallen behind on the monster blogs as I write these weekly, and over the last two weeks I had been preparing for my first convention as a Vendor! My partner and I went to Ninchcon in Monrington Peninsula in Victoria and it was actually the best time, we met lots of awesome vendors and new customers, a recap reel can be watched on our Instagram here! I'll do another blog about the event specifically but lets get into this weeks Monster Menagerie!
Welcome back to another Monster Menagerie, where each week we showcase a powerful creature designed to elevate your Dungeons & Dragons campaigns specifically 5E.
If you're a Dungeon Master looking for a true endgame boss monster, this week’s creature is something truly legendary, and is our biggest resin print to date!

Monster Menagerie Interview
We managed to get Phil back… though he didn’t seem thrilled about this one.
JC: “Phil… is that Tiamat?”
Menagerie Handler – Phil: “Luckily not JC, however, Pentelia isn’t just a dragon — she’s five elemental forces in one body. Each head represents a different destructive element.”
JC: “How can a party hope to conquer such a beast?”
MH – Phil: “It's like a waking nightmare, truly. Pentelia isn't just a standard run of the mill fight, it escalates each turn. She builds Primordial Fury, gaining power every turn, and once she hits her limit… she unleashes a Cataclysmic Breath that can wipe entire parties if they’re not prepared.”
JC: “That sounds like a wipe mechanic... What happens if she TPK's?”
MH – Phil: “It definitely has the capacity to TPK. And it’s not her only trick. She can switch elemental resistances, meaning players can’t rely on a single damage type. You have to adapt… or die. However if you do die, our friends at DM Stash have written a Campaign module that can also act as a "we're in heaven, time to fight our way back to the mortal plane" which can bring parties back from the dead, if they're able to protect heaven from the demon offensive that is, that's from the March 2026 set - Hell at Heaven's Gate”
JC: “If Pentalia has the ability to wipe a party, surely she's at least easy to put down, like a glass cannon of sorts no?”
MH – Phil: “Unfortunately for the party, absolutely not. Legendary Resistances, high AC, massive HP pool — and if you do manage to bring her down…”
JC: “I’m sensing a ‘but’ here…”
MH – Phil: “She enters a Mythic Phase. Fully resets the fight’s intensity. New abilities, healing, and even more pressure. This is a two-phase boss encounter.”
JC: “So this is a final boss?”
MH – Phil: “This is the final boss. End of campaign. World-ending threat. The kind of monster your players will talk about for years.”
