  • "Useful 3D Prints" operates under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • These Terms apply to all sales and services provided by us.

 

Products & Services

  • Many of our items are custom-made or printed to order. Slight variations may occur.

  • Customers must ensure that any files supplied for 3D printing are suitable and legally permitted for production.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, "Useful 3D Prints" is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of faulty goods as required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • Customers acknowledge that certain products, particularly functional or mechanical items, may be subject to wear, stress, or failure depending on use.

  • Responsibility for safe use, installation, and ongoing suitability of these products rests with the customer. We accept no liability for injuries, damages, or losses caused by misuse, modification, or failure of products once delivered.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and currently exclude GST which is not applied at this stage but may change in future.

  • Payment must be received in full before processing begins.

 

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within Australia. Delivery times are estimates only.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are handled in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to any files provided for 3D printing.

  • Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Right to deny service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion where permitted by law.

  • Reasons for refusal may include, but are not limited to:

  • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity

  • Requests that are unlawful, unsafe, or beyond the scope of our services.

  • Requests that do not align with the vision or purpose of the business. 

  • Any payments received in relation to orders we are unable to fulfil will be refunded in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
