General Information
"Useful 3D Prints" operates under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These Terms apply to all sales and services provided by us.

Products & Services
Many of our items are custom-made or printed to order. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface variations or cosmetic imperfections may occur and are considered normal characteristics of the manufacturing process.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, "Useful 3D Prints" is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of faulty goods as required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Customers acknowledge that certain products, particularly functional or mechanical items, may be subject to wear, stress, or failure depending on use. Responsibility for safe use, installation, and ongoing suitability of these products rests entirely with the customer. We accept no liability for injuries, damages, or losses caused by misuse, modification, or failure of products once delivered.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices exclude GST unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. Payment must be received in full before digital processing or manufacturing begins.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within Australia and select international regions (we are unable to fulfil orders for the North American Continent (specifically - USA - Canada - Mexico) any orders from this region will be refunded). Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are subject to courier transit times. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are handled in strict accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Please note that under the ACL, refunds, returns, or replacements are not provided for a change of mind, customer error, or incorrect ordering, particularly on custom-made or print-to-order items. Intellectual Property & Customer Uploads
All content on our website remains the property of Useful 3D Prints unless otherwise stated.

By uploading or providing any digital files, 3D models, or designs to Useful 3D Prints, you (the Customer) explicitly warrant that you own the copyright or hold a valid license to reproduce those designs for personal use. You agree to fully indemnify and hold Useful 3D Prints harmless against any third-party claims, legal costs, or damages resulting from an alleged trademark or copyright infringement caused by the manufacturing of your provided files.

Privacy
Personal information is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Right to Deny Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion where permitted by law. Reasons for refusal may include, but are not limited to:

Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff.
Fraudulent, deceptive, or suspicious activity.
Print requests that are unlawful, unsafe, or beyond the technical scope of our services.
Requests that do not align with the vision or purpose of the business.

Any payments received in relation to orders we are unable to fulfil will be promptly refunded in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
