No 3D printer? No worries
How Our Custom 3D Printing Works
1️⃣ Upload Your File:
- Upload your STL or 3D model file to a google drive, provide us with the google drive link and any job specifics in the form below.
2️⃣ We Review the Model:
- We check the file to make sure it will print correctly.
3️⃣ You Receive a Quote:
- We send pricing and print options.
- Our quotes are non-binding, meaning if you're not happy with the quote, there's no obligation to have it printed.
- If you accept your quote, once your order is paid for we move on to step 4.
4️⃣ We Print & Ship:
- Your model is printed and delivered to your door, or we have pick up options available.
What files can I upload?
We only handle ".STL" and ".LYS" files, most files you download will be STL's.
For example if you've downloaded something from MyMiniFactory/Cults/Patreon it will usually be an STL file.
.LYS files are preferred as they allow more flexibility in processing your files for you.

How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on:
-
Size of the model
-
Material used
-
Print time
-
Level of detail
-
Amount of time pre-processing the file, and post processing the print.
Typical small miniature prints start around:
$5 – $15 AUD
There are a few variables though, and the more you get of the same item, the cheaper we can make it.
If you request a quote and you don't like it, there is no commitment to purchase, so you can receive your quote worry free.
FAQ:
Do I need to prepare the file?
No — we check files before printing.
What if my file won’t print?
We will contact you and suggest fixes.
Can you change the size of my model?
Yes — we can adjust size before printing.
How long does printing take?
Most orders ship within 3 days, depending on the size of the job.
What will you do with my files when the job is done, do you resell them?
Each custom order is exactly that, a custom order. Files you provide us do not get provided to other customers or "sold-on" in any way. We store your files to keep track of what we've done for you, but they do not get used for other customers, if you would like us to delete your files after your job is completed, we absolutely can, we just need to know. If you've got something particularly sensitive that requires an NDA we can also facilitate this type of work.
Is the resin safe?
Yes! When we print models, they come off the machine, not safe for handling, but we then go through our post processing, which involves cleaning the model several times, and then a "post cure" which ensures it is safe to handle and is ready for primer/paint.
If we hollow your models for you, we also ensure the inside is clean and cured, and there are no random pockets of resin that may cause your model to crack or break in future.
