Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received (within reason, lead times will be discussed during the the quoting process as some prints may take 30minutes to complete and some may take upwards of 72 hours).

• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. Estimated processing times will be discussed during the quoting process.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard shipping within Australia is available via Australia Post or other courier services.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, peak periods, or regional locations.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship within Australia.

• Oversized or bulky items may not be deliverable to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Delays & Lost Parcels

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

• If your parcel is lost or delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping fees.
