Change of Mind

As many of our products are custom-made or printed to order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days so we can correct the mistake at no additional cost.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
